Installation and setup
The installation of Profisolar solar modules involves several steps: planning, preparing the roof, mounting the fasteners, installing the modules, connecting the cables and the inverter, and commissioning. It is important to choose the installation location correctly, taking into account the amount of sunlight and the angle of inclination.
Maintenance and monitoring
The maintenance and monitoring of solar modules by Profisolar is essential for their efficiency and longevity. Regular cleaning, checking of electrical components, inspection of cables and fastenings, and performance monitoring help to keep the solar system in optimal condition.
Solutions for residential buildings
When it comes to solar panels on residential buildings, there are several options on the table. The most common is, of course, installation on the roof—this usually yields the highest return. Alternatively, the modules can also be mounted on the facade or, if the roof and facade are not suitable, on a balcony or terrace. The best solution depends largely on the building in question. Factors such as architecture, available space, and orientation play a decisive role. Unfortunately, there is no one-size-fits-all solution – individual planning is required here.

Industrial photovoltaic systems or industrial solar power plants (SKW) are systems that use solar cells to convert solar energy into electricity on a large scale. They are used to supply energy to industrial companies, reduce electricity costs, and increase energy independence.

Stages of Work

Preparation and planning: Determine the installation location: south side, roof, building walls, or property on supports. We ensure that the location is well lit and not shaded by trees or other buildings during the day. ProfiSolar calculates the optimal angle of inclination for the modules to make the best use of solar radiation. Profisolar compiles the necessary documentation for the grid connection.

Installation of mounting structures: We attach the mounts to the desired location. The mounts must be stable (preferably made of aluminum) and securely fastened to the surface (e.g., with screws or self-tapping screws).

Installation of solar modules: Profisolar attaches the modules to the brackets using pressure elements. Ensure that the modules are securely fastened and cannot be displaced by wind or other influences.

Connection of electrical equipment: We connect the modules to an inverter that converts direct current into alternating current. Installation of the inverter and protective devices. We connect the inverter to the power grid, usually via a bidirectional meter, so that excess energy can be sold.
